Terms and conditions
Last updated: 25/08/2026
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
Our trading name is Flip District Clothing.
Business/legal name: Flip District Clothing
Business address: 17 Highfield Avenue
Email: flipdistrictuk.clothing@gmail.com
Telephone: +44 07435136551
2. Products
We sell clothing, footwear, streetwear, sets and related fashion products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's device or screen.
Where an item is pre-owned, second-hand, vintage or otherwise not brand new, this will be stated in the product listing where applicable.
Any known significant defects, damage or faults will be described in the product listing.
3. Product Authenticity
Flip District Clothing will not knowingly sell counterfeit goods or products that we do not have the legal right to sell.
Where applicable, products will be described accurately regarding their brand, condition and authenticity.
If you believe that an item you have received is not authentic or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your concern.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed at any time before an order is accepted.
A pricing error does not automatically create an obligation for us to supply an item at an obviously incorrect price. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Your order will be subject to availability and acceptance.
We will provide confirmation of your order where applicable.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund any payment you have made for the unavailable item.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods shown on our website.
We do not intentionally store payment card information unless this is handled securely by our payment provider.
You must only use a payment method that belongs to you or that you have permission to use.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website or during the ordering process.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service and destination.
We will provide delivery information where applicable.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and, in most cases, no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the delivery provider may be outside our direct control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Any additional delivery arrangements will be discussed with you before further charges are made.
9. Cancellation and Returns
If you purchase from us online as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You normally have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel an order, contact:
Email: flipdistrictuk.clothing@gmail.com
Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel the purchase.
10. Condition of Returned Items
Customers may handle clothing and footwear to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect the goods, similar to how they could inspect them in a shop.
Items should be returned in an appropriate condition.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund for any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.
This does not remove or restrict any statutory rights you have.
11. Refunds
Where a valid cancellation is made under the consumer cancellation rules, we will issue the refund within the period required by law.
Generally, refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is applicable under the regulations.
Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery originally paid by the customer.
If a customer selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of UK consumer law, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must generally be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and correspond with their description.
Your legal rights are not affected by anything in these Terms and Conditions.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
13. Second-Hand Goods
Where we sell second-hand or pre-owned clothing or footwear, the condition of the item will be described as accurately as reasonably possible.
Normal signs of wear that have been clearly disclosed in the listing will not automatically constitute a fault.
However, second-hand goods still have legal consumer protections. We cannot use these Terms and Conditions to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Returns Postage
For a change-of-mind cancellation, the customer may generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we informed the customer of this requirement before the contract was made.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will deal with return costs in accordance with your legal rights.
15. Items We Cannot Supply
We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch where:
- The item is no longer available.
- There has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
16. Website Use
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
- Use our website for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
- Copy or reproduce our website content for commercial purposes without permission.
- Submit false or misleading information.
We may restrict or suspend access where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created for Flip District Clothing, including our branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content and website materials, belongs to or is used lawfully by Flip District Clothing.
You must not reproduce or commercially use our content without permission, except where permitted by law.
18. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security, updates or other legitimate reasons.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights or our responsibility for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information such as names, addresses, contact details and order information may be collected and used.
Customers should read the Privacy Policy before placing an order.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in force when you place your order.
Changes will not remove or reduce rights that you have already acquired.
22. Complaints
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.
Email: flipdistrictuk.clothing@gmail.com
Telephone: +44 07435136551
Please provide your order number and a description of the issue where possible.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to them.
24. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law will take precedence.
UK consumer contracts must use fair and transparent terms, and unfair terms may not be enforceable.
